These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our fitness services, including gym access and fitness classes ("Services"), provided at our physical locations. By enrolling in our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using our Services. UFC Gym Morocco reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that:

2. You are physically fit to participate in fitness activities, and you acknowledge that engaging in physical exercise involves inherent risks.

4. Membership and Fees

To access our gym facilities and participate in fitness classes, you must enroll in one of our membership plans. The fees associated with each plan may vary and are detailed at the time of registration.

Payment Methods
UFC Gym Morocco accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash payments made directly at our gym location.
- Credit and debit card payments.

By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to pay the applicable membership fees on time and in full.

Auto-Renewal
Unless otherwise specified, memberships are subject to automatic renewal at the end of the subscription period. You may cancel your membership by providing notice to UFC Gym Morocco prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for membership cancellations made after the renewal period.

5. Cancellation and Suspension of Membership

UFC Gym Morocco reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership due to:
- Non-payment of membership fees.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Engaging in inappropriate or harmful behavior that disrupts other members or staff.

Members may cancel their membership by contacting UFC Gym Morocco directly. However, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of memberships.

6. Privacy Policy

At UFC Gym Morocco, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and store personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number for the purpose of managing your membership and providing Services. This information will be used solely for communication purposes, including providing updates, promotional offers, or important notices related to your membership.

We will not share or sell your personal information to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving communications from UFC Gym Morocco via email, phone calls, or text messages related to our services and promotions.

7. Gym Rules and Member Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members, UFC Gym Morocco requires that all users comply with the following gym rules:

1. **Proper Attire**: Members must wear appropriate fitness attire and footwear at all times while in the gym.
2. **Personal Belongings**: UFC Gym Morocco is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. It is recommended that members secure their belongings in the provided lockers.
3. **Respect for Others**: Members must treat other gym users and staff with respect and consideration. Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.
4. **Equipment Usage**: Gym equipment must be used appropriately and according to the instructions provided. Members are required to clean and return equipment after use.
5. **Health and Safety**: Members should refrain from using gym facilities if they are unwell or have any contagious illness that may pose a risk to others.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using UFC Gym Morocco’s services and facilities, you acknowledge that participation in physical activities and fitness programs involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or even death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities and services.

UFC Gym Morocco will not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Accidents or injuries occurring on gym premises.
- Misuse of equipment or facilities.
- Any loss or damage to personal belongings.

UFC Gym Morocco provides access to fitness facilities and classes but does not assume responsibility for the actions of individual members. You agree to release UFC Gym Morocco from any liability related to your participation in fitness activities.

9. Membership Suspension and Termination

UFC Gym Morocco reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's access to the gym and its services if the member violates any of the terms set forth in this Agreement or engages in inappropriate or dangerous conduct.

In cases of serious violations, UFC Gym Morocco may immediately terminate your membership without prior notice. You will not be entitled to any refunds for the remaining term of your membership.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including logos, branding, promotional materials, images, and text, provided by UFC Gym Morocco are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Members and users of our services agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the materials provided by UFC Gym Morocco without prior written consent.

11. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Agreement is between you and UFC Gym Morocco. No third party will have any rights to enforce any terms of this Agreement.

 12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes or legal actions arising from this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of Morocco.

 13. Waiver

The failure of UFC Gym Morocco to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and UFC Gym Morocco regarding your use of our services and facilities. No prior agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, will be considered part of this Agreement unless explicitly stated.
